Life changes. Dogs still deserve stability, honesty, and the right next home.
PuppyReports provides a structured rehoming environment where every listing is backed by submitted documentation, identity friction, and traceable data points — so adopters can make informed decisions, and dogs are placed with clarity.
Why PuppyReports Rehoming Is Different
Every rehomer participates in a standardized process designed to increase visibility, reduce anonymity, and create accountability signals across every listing.
Identity-Linked Photo Submission
Rehomers submit a current, dated photo of themselves with the dog. This creates a visible connection between:
- The person posting
- The dog being rehomed
- The time of submission
Video Call Readiness
Adopters may request a live video call prior to placement. This allows direct, real-time interaction with:
- The rehomer
- The dog
- The environment
Paid Listing Structure
All rehoming listings require a flat fee ($39). This introduces friction that helps discourage:
- Anonymous listings
- High-volume flippers
- Low-effort or disposable posts
Structured Dog Profile
Each listing includes self-submitted details, such as:
- Breed or “Mixed / Unknown”
- Age and sex
- Medical history and available records
- Behavioral disclosures
- Compatibility (dogs, cats, children, livestock)
Canine Traceback™ (Microchip Layer)
Listings may include a reported microchip number. If a match exists within the PuppyReports system:
- A breeder-of-origin record may be identified
- A notification may be sent when applicable
- The listing will reflect that a match was found
PuppyReports does not enforce breeder agreements. It provides visibility where data exists.
Document Upload Layer
Rehomers may submit supporting documents such as:
- Vaccination records
- Veterinary records
- Care history
All uploads pass through a basic integrity screening layer. Documents remain user-submitted materials, presented for transparency.
Platform Role
PuppyReports is not a broker, dealer, or intermediary.
- We do not handle transactions between parties
- We do not place dogs
- We do not guarantee outcomes
We provide the infrastructure layer that allows rehomers to present information, adopters to evaluate it, and both parties to connect directly.
Traditional Platforms Rely On
- Anonymous profiles
- Minimal information
- No structured disclosures
